Registration Starts at 6:45 AM – BBQ Lunch at 12:00 Noon
Tee Off at 8:00 AM
FORMAT: Four Player Scramble, Individual Players are Welcome
Tax Deductible Donation to Registration Fee $125 Per Person, Includes BBQ Lunch, Green Fees & Cart.

Funds raised are used to provide:
Scholarships or other financial assistance to HOT applicants who have:
- A parent eligible for MOAA membership.
- Parents or grand-parents that are servicing or have served in the US military.
- Current of former service members starting or continuing their higher education goals.
- Those seeking to serve in the military by enrolling in an accredited Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program.
Cash grants to Baylor University’s ROTC students.
Cash grants to young students from five Central Texas high school Junior ROTC programs.
Cash grants to cadets in the Heart of Texas Young Marines and Civil Air Patrol programs.
Cash grants to veterans’ educational and service activities.
The HOT Chapter has awarded over $200,000 in grants, scholarships and veterans’ educational and service activities over the last 16 years.
